Good WORK...Screen dumps PLS formonday- Tuesday-Wednesday-Thursday-Friday
April 4th,
Today I gave an electrifying lecture on Cisco Packet Tracers network configuration capabilities. I showed the little ones how to set up the network, set the gateway address on the hosts and configure the proper port on the router to be the gateway. The lecture hit a snag when I got to the static routing or next hop. Here we could not get a message to go through the internet cloud between the routers and get to the second network I had created.
April 5th,
Today I watched the youtube videos about how to access your router and configure it through your internet browser. I was able to relate well to this because I have messed with my router configurations before, and I am often troubleshooting internet issues at my house because I have the most knowledge and experience with computers in my house TY Mr. Brooks =D
After this lesson I went and tried to catch up my wiki because I had been catching up on work and I was unable to work on my wiki.
For the last 10 minutes of class I helped Sampson with the configurations of his Packet Tracer Network. I added 2 switches to his network and configured his networks properly, however I did not have time to configure the static routing tables. I will do those tomorrow.
April 6th,
Today I helped Sampson finish his activities network by helping him do his static routing tables (next hop) which allowed him to send messages between the networks.
For the rest of class I worked on my own activity completing the network and the next hops.
April 7th,
Today I watched a lesson on bandwidth and packets. After this I worked on my Activity, I was preparing the initial starting network for the little ones to work with when all of a sudden out of nowhere Cisco Packet Tracer.... CRASHED!!!!!!!!! So I lost all my work. I then angrily wrote this wiki entry.
